بالوں کا لمبا، گھنا اور حسین ہونا خوبصورتی کی علامت ہوتی ہے۔ مگر بعض اوقات کسی جسمانی کمزوری یا ہارمونل مسائل کی وجہ سے بال کمزور ہو جاتے ہیں یا تو خشکی ہوجاتی ہے اور پھر جھڑ نے بھی لگتے ہیں۔ اور بال جھڑنے کا مسئلہ سنگین ہوتے ہوتے گنج پن کی شکل اختیار کرلیتا ہے۔ گنج پن ایسا مسئلہ ہے جو ہمارے اندر خود اعتمادی کو ختم کردیتا ہے اور ہم ذہنی دباؤ کا شکار ہوجاتے ہیں۔
بیوٹی کارنر میں جانیں خشکی اور گنج پن کا گھریلو علاج جس سے آپ کے بالوں پر کوئی منفی اثرات بھی مرتب نہیں ہوں گے۔ اور ان نسخوں کے باقاعدہ علاج سے آپ کے بالوں کی کوئی ہوئی چمک بھی واپس آنے لگے گی۔

1: مالش
بالوں کی مالش کرنا بہت ضروری ہے اس لئے آپ روزانہ رات کو بالوں میں تیل کی مالش کریں اور صبح دھو لیں۔ تیل آپ سرسوں، ناریل، زیتون، کیسٹر آئل، انڈے کا تیل یا پھر ناشپاتی کا استعمال کریں۔ یہ تیل آپ کے بالوں کو تمام پیچیدگیوں سے بچانے میں مددگار ثابت ہوتے ہیں۔

2: سرسوں کا تیل
سرسوں کا خالص تیل اگر آپ بے قاعدگی سے اپنے بالوں میں استعمال کریں تو بالوں کی قدرتی چمک اور مضبوطی برقرار رہتی ہے۔ ایک انڈے کے اندر دو چمچ سرسوں کا تیل، لیموں کا رس اور دو چمچ دہی ملائیں۔ اس کو اپنے بالوں میں آدھا یا ایک گھنٹہ لگائیں ۔ اور کسی اچھے شیمپو سے سر دھو لیں۔ یہ عمل ہفتے میں تین بار استعمال کرنے سے آپ کو نتائج جلد مل سکیں گے۔

3: میتھی کے بیج
رات بھر میتھی کے بیج بھگو دیں اور صبح اس کو انڈے اور زیتون کے تیل میں ملا کر لگائیں۔ اس سے بالوں کی خشکی بھی دور ہوگی اور نئے بالوں کی افزائش بھی ہو سکے گی۔

4: ٹھنڈا پانی
بالوں کو دھونے کے لئے ٹھنڈے پانی کا استعمال فائدہ مند ہے۔ اس لئے آپ بالوں کو ٹھنڈے پانی سے دھو نے کے بعد اچھی طرح انگلیوں کے پوروں سے سر کا مساج کرنا گنج پن میں مفید رہتا ہے۔

5: شیمپو
بازار کے شیمپو میں کیمیکل کی کثیر تعداد ہوتی ہے ۔ اس لئے اگر آپ اپنے لئے گھریلو شیمپو خود بنا کر استعمال کریں تو اس سے آپ کے بالوں کی صحت اچھی ہوسکتی ہے۔ گھریلو شیمپو بنانے کے لئے آپ آملہ، ریٹھا یا سیکا کائی کا پانی ہی صرف اگر استعمال کرلیں تو یہ قدرتی خصوصیات سے بھرپور شیمپو ہوگا جس سے آپ کو کوئی نقصان نہیں ہوگا۔

6: امرود کے پتے
امرود کے پتوں کو پیس کر زیتون یا ناشپاتی کے تیل میں ملا کر ایک لیپ کی طرح بالوں میں استعمال کریں تو خشکی اور گنج پن دونوں کا علاج اس سے ممکن ہے ۔ مگر اس کا مستقل استعمال کرنا مفید رہتا ہے ۔

• ملتانی مٹی
گرمیوں میں جلد کو صحت مند اور صاف دانوں سے پاک اور بے داغ بنانے کے لیے ملتانی مٹی کا استعمال بہت سستا اور بے حد مفید ہے۔

لگانے کی ترکیب:
ملتانی مٹی کو پانی میں 6 گھنٹے کے لئے بھِگو دیں پھر اس کا اضافی پانی نکال کر اچھی طرح گھول لیں اب چہرے پر 20 سے 25 منٹ کے لیے روزانہ لگائیں، لیموں کے قطرے بھی ملا کر لگایا جا سکتا ہے۔
